Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MellowPineLand. The site is intended for residents of Canada. By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We use a one-time age gate to help enforce this, but the gate is self-attested. Parents and guardians are responsible for restricting access by minors.

2. The service

MellowPineLand provides a free-to-play slot-style game called Pine Spin and related content (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

3. No real money

MellowPineLand is not a real-money gambling site. You acknowledge and agree that:

• No real money is required to use the Service.
• You cannot deposit funds of any kind into the Service.
• You cannot withdraw funds, winnings, coins, or any other item of value from the Service.
• You cannot win real money, prizes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or anything else of monetary value.
• Virtual coins used in the Service have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services.
• Virtual coins exist only in your browser's local storage and are not transferable.

4. Virtual coins

You start with 5,000 virtual coins. You can claim an additional 1,000 virtual coins every 24 hours via the daily bonus. We may, at our sole discretion, adjust the starting balance, daily bonus amount, or related mechanics to improve the game. Coins have no real-world value and no purchase is necessary or possible.

5. Self-exclusion

You may use the Take a Break tool at any time to lock the game on your device for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the chosen period, the game will be unavailable. We do not maintain user accounts, so we cannot remove the lock before its scheduled end. We can, however, support you via the Contact page if you need help.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or location.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.

7. Intellectual property

All content on MellowPineLand, including game design, graphics, code, text, and logos, is owned by MellowPineLand Entertainment Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MellowPineLand Entertainment Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MellowPineLand Entertainment Inc. from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

Because we don't maintain user accounts, you can stop using the Service at any time by closing the page or clearing your browser data. We may, in our sole discretion, restrict or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time without notice.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
